Check the status of your Rest order via the Track My Order page. Rest emails tracking automatically when your package ships. If you can't find your order after 10 business days, email hello@rest.com or call +1 302-276-8084.
What does my tracking status mean?
- 1 Order placed โ we received your order
- 2 Packed โ it's on its way out of the warehouse
- 3 Shipped โ carrier name + tracking number, with a direct link
- 4 Out for delivery โ arriving today
- 5 Delivered โ please bring it inside soon!
I haven't received my shipping confirmation
Check your spam or promotions folder. The email comes from hello@rest.com. If it's been more than 24 hours since you ordered, email us at hello@rest.com and we'll resend it.
My order is taking longer than expected
Standard shipping is 4โ7 business days in the contiguous US, 5โ8 days for Hawaii and Alaska. If it's been longer, contact the carrier first using your tracking link. If you still need help after 10 business days, email hello@rest.com or call +1 302-276-8084.
Tracking shows delivered but I can't find my package
Check porches, side gates, mailrooms, with neighbors, and at your building's front desk. Sometimes packages get marked delivered a few hours before they actually arrive. Still can't find it? Please report it to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help.

I need to change my shipping address
If your order hasn't shipped yet, call us right away at +1 302-276-8084. Once shipped, contact the carrier directly using your tracking link โ most carriers can redirect packages in transit (though it is not guaranteed that it can be changed on time).
I only received part of my order
Sometimes orders ship in multiple packages from different warehouses. Wait 1โ2 business days, then if items are still missing, email hello@rest.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived.
