Warranty
The Rest warranty covers manufacturing defects on products purchased from rest.com for 1 year from delivery. If something's wrong with how your product was made, we'll replace it at no cost — pickup and delivery are on us. File at returns.rest.com. (Shipping damage is an Order Protection claim, not a warranty claim — see the FAQ.)
What does the warranty cover?
A 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every Rest order — we replace it at no cost to you. We stand behind the quality of every Rest product, so if something turns out to have a manufacturing defect within the first year, we'll send you a new one. Pickup and delivery are on us.
If approved, you'll receive a full replacement, with prepaid labels and delivery covered by Rest.

How do I file a warranty claim?
- 1 Visit returns.rest.com and select "Warranty claim."
- 2 Enter your order number and email.
- 3 Upload 2–3 photos clearly showing the defect.
- 4 We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Who's eligible?
- 1 year from your delivery date.
- Original purchaser only, with a US shipping address.
- Must have been purchased directly from rest.com.
Limited edition items are replaced with the same item while stock lasts; if sold out, we offer store credit.
