Rest's return policy gives you 30 days from delivery to start a return at returns.rest.com. A $10 flat fee applies to refunds; exchanges and store credit are always free. Refunds arrive in 14โ21 business days.

How do I start the return process?

- 2 Choose refund, exchange, or store credit.
- 3 Print the prepaid return label we'll email you.
- 4 Drop your package at any carrier location.
- 5 Watch your inbox โ we'll email when your refund is on its way.
What do I need to return?
- The item in its original packaging.
- No stains, damage, or modifications.
- Returns started within 30 days of delivery.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are free. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference; if it costs less, we'll refund the gap. Once you receive your exchanged item, it's final sale.
I received my Rest as a gift โ can I still return it?
Yes. Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit, or back to the original purchaser if that works better. Start at returns.rest.com within 30 days of the original order date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped, call us at +1 302-276-8084 right away. Once it's shipped, we can't cancel โ but you're welcome to return it. Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship via the link in your confirmation email.
My package arrived damaged โ what now?
It depends on the type of damage:
Damaged in shipping
Crushed carton or an item ripped in transit. That's an Order Protection claim. If you added Order Protection at checkout, file at claim.orderprotection.com/start โ most claims resolve the same day. Didn't add it? Email hello@rest.com or call +1 302-276-8084.
Manufacturing defect
A seam issue, marks, or something wrong with how the product was made. That's a warranty claim โ file at returns.rest.com โ Warranty claim. We respond within 2 business days.
