By knitting ultra-fine, smooth fibers at high densities, the resulting Evercool® fabric has significantly more surface area that touches your skin. This maximizes heat dispersion and allows for faster sweat wicking.

Evercool® uses Fully-Drawn Yarn (FDY) technology, which results in finer, smoother fibers that makes broad contact with your skin. More skin contact means faster heat dissipation and a more intense cool-to-touch sensation.

Each yarn is made up of 68 ultra-thin Evercool® fibers that accelerate capillary action that draws out and dissipates moisture.

Breathability refers to a fabric's ability to allow air to pass through, which helps regulate body temperature. Evercool®'s knit structure maximizes airflow to release trapped heat while allowing fresh, cooler air to circulate throughout the night.

Evercool® achieves extraordinary smoothness and softness through densely knitted, ultra-fine fibers—just 1/50th the thickness of a human hair.
Flexible molecular structure
Evercool®'s superior hand-feel comes from how its molecules are shaped. The fabric utilizes Spandex, which has flexible molecular chains that conforms easily under pressure but rebounds quickly. Sorona® in the filling is a material with a spring-like structure that provides natural elasticity and disperses pressure for a soft touch.

Moisture regain rate is a material's ability to absorb moisture from the air, which contributes to its softness. Evercool® wicks away sweat while maintaining its own moisture, preventing the fabric from feeling dry and scratchy, much like well-moisturized skin.

Moisture regain — a fabric's ability to hold moisture from the air — is what keeps it soft. Evercool® wicks sweat away while keeping its own moisture, so it never feels wet like cotton or scratchy like polyester.
Unique washing and finishing process
Evercool® fabric undergoes an additional refinement process to enhance its softness. Multiple low-tension washes exfoliate and remove impurities, while a heat treatment with softener gives the fabric a smooth, silky, and distinctly waxy feel.

Evercool® is pre-washed, exfoliated and heat-refined for a smoother, softer, and cleaner surface — a step most brands skip.

IONIC+ Antimicrobial Technology
Evercool®+ uses silver yarn that has an antimicrobial/anti-odor mechanism to protect the fabric from bacterial growth:
- (+) charged silver ions attract (-) charged bacteria.
- Silver ions binds to the cell membrane.
- Disrupts cell growth and kills microorganisms.
Self-cleaning silver-ion fiber
Embedded silver ions are permanently antimicrobial and do not wash off.
Safety-certified and pet-friendly
- Does not contain substances harmful to human safety (e.g. formaldehyde, BPA, PFAS, etc.), which can trigger allergic reactions.
- The product is OEKO-TEX® 100 certified.
- High-density knitting process reduces the risk of fibers breaking off anc causing respiratory or skin irritation.
